Planning fees

Planning fees compensate the research, supplier relationships, and design behind a custom trip. The fee is partially or fully credited toward your trip when you book through us, per your engagement letter. Fees are earned once design work begins and are non-refundable.

Pricing & availability

All prices and sample itineraries shown are illustrative for this template and are per person based on double occupancy unless noted. Pricing varies by season, party size, room category, and availability, and is subject to availability and change until ticketed or confirmed in writing.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel-protection insurance on every trip and require it for remote or expedition travel. Wanderwell & Co. is not an insurer; we provide information and referrals only. Coverage terms are set by the insurer; read your policy.

Supplier intermediary & liability

Wanderwell & Co. acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour and transfer operators). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or default of any supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Suppliers’ own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to plan and book your travel, store it securely, and never sell it. Trip documents and sensitive details are exchanged through our secure client portal — please do not send passport or payment details by email.
